RETURN POLICY

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

 

Return Policy: GRUMPY TRADERS gladly accepts your return for an exchange or a refund.    

      

Kindly return your unused, unopened items in their original box and/or packaging in new condition within 15 days for a full replacement or refund. Items not eligible for return in sunglasses, optical, eyeglasses, all vintage marked items, and optical/sunglass cases.

Merchandise that has been worn and or the tags removed, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. All exchanges must be in their original packaging and attached with their original tags.

 

NO RETURNS:  Eyeglasses, sunglasses, and parts are non-returnable

No Refunds or Returns on any Eyewear (optical, sunglasses, eyeglasses, vintage, or cases) are eligible for return. This is due to each style having its own unique individual piece manufactured years ago.  

All-optical, sunglasses, eyeglasses, and cases are sold As-Is

Jewelry items are non-returnable

 

VINTAGE APPAREL:

Because of the second-hand, transient nature of vintage, some pieces may show varying degrees of wear. Imperfections will be noted to the best of our ability, as well as any important sizing information.

Or call our Toll Free number at 855-478-6798. Upon approval an 

RMA # will be issued for Return Authorization. Please have your order number, receipt, and the credit or debit card you used to purchase your item on hand.

Original shipping and handling paid at the time of order are not eligible for a refund, except for cases of defective merchandise that do not included any Eyewear (optical, sunglasses, eyeglasses, vintage, or cases) due to each style being their own unique individual piece.

GRUMPY TRADERS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

 

Exchanges:

If you return an item (clothing for example) in New condition with all tags attached in the original condition, you may exchange the item for a different size or color, if available. You will be responsible for shipping the returned item. The shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please choose a trackable shipping service so we can track your order on its way to us. If you do not use a trackable service, we will not be able to guarantee a safe return to our warehouse

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped within 5-7 Business Days.

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm E.S.T, If the item is available. If the item is on backorder we will ship the product to you as soon as available and will notify you of the shipping status.

Shipping is available through USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and in some cases common carrier.

 

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipment of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.

At this time, we are making every reasonable effort to stay safe as the COVID-19 situation continues to unfold. We are taking all available steps to ensure that our packing and shipping
